Unused hours roll over for 30 days from purchase, then expire. We’ll send a reminder before anything lapses, and you can top-up at any time.
Yes. A named PM can run stand-ups, briefs, backlog, QA sign-off, and weekly status. PM is included on Growth (50h+) and larger packages, and available as an add-on for Starter blocks.
Same business day for small fixes; 1–3 working days for scoped mini-projects. Standard hours are weekdays 08:30–17:00 SAST. After-hours/launch support is available by arrangement and we’ll flag any rush loading up front.
