Ster-Kinekor wanted a detailed view of the customer experience across its website and mobile app, including film discovery, cinema selection, account access and ticket booking.
We examined the journeys, documented recommendations and presented interactive website and app prototypes. The engagement gave the team a tangible direction to review before committing to a wider rebuild.
